REAL ESTATE: Resorts & Hotels since 1996
Building a residential project in Ras Sudr on about one million square meters. Establishing more than 3000 touristic units. Constructing 2 hotels, one sea view and one aqua park view, with a capacity of 500 hotel rooms. With the company's edge in construction those projects has been a landmark in Ras Sudr area.
EDUCATION: Schools since 1986
Since 1986 AREVA has excelled in the education sector building two schools that serves from preschool till high school. The schools carry over 15000 students. The schools building has been constructed and managed by AREVA.
AGRICULTURE: Mega Farms since 2004
The agriculture field has also been tackled with a farming company that works in the field of agricultural reclamation and animal production. It owns more than 850 acres of agriculture with a variety of crops.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: since 2000
Established a company for Information Technology in 2000 and works in the field of computers, networks and training. Being an outstanding company in the technology sector for more than 20 years.

ABOUT THE CHAIRMAN

Amr Yassin, Founder and CEO, the creative force behind Areva Development, is redefining Egypt’s real estate scene. Holding a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University since 2004, Yassin is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in industrial and metal structures across multiple countries in Asia and Africa. Yassin held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Nozha Beach Ras Sudr, where he successfully led major resort development and renovation projects that elevated the region’s tourism appeal and investment potential. In addition to this role, he continues to hold a Board Member position at Nozha Group, where he contributes to the group’s strategic direction and sustained growth.

His leadership at Nozha further refined his expertise in large-scale master planning, modern infrastructure, and sustainable engineering practices.

With over two decades of experience, Yassin continues to bring an unconventional perspective to Egypt’s real estate market, consistently driving innovation, quality, and excellence in every project.

After establishing a successful career as a civil engineer and leading transformative projects at Nozha Group, Amr Yassin founded Areva Development with a clear mission to deliver projects that inspire unique living experiences and reflect the aspirations of the modern lifestyle.
