Areva Unveils Phase Two @ Cityscape 2024

Areva Development has launched the second phase of Glare project in New Cairo, coinciding with the Cityscape Egypt exhibition, which will be held from September 25 to 28, Invest-Gate reports.

This phase stands out for its flexible office spaces inspired by the working space concept, featuring small, diverse areas and scenic views of terraces and green spaces.

Moreover, Yassin emphasized that the company’s sales strategy aligns with construction progress, ensuring balanced growth between sales and development stages. Areva has invested EGP 220 mn in construction during the first half of this year, achieving advanced progress in the project.

Founded in 2021, Areva Development is a subsidiary of the Areva Group, which has been a key player in Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors for over 38 years.

Notably, the company boasts extensive expertise in real estate, tourism, and other economic ventures, with numerous successful projects.
